Ingredients:
– 1 ½ kg pork shoulder cut into pieces
– 12 bamboo skewers
– 1 green pepper
– 1 red pepper
– 1 zucchini
– 1 red onion
– KORVEL Extra Virgin Olive oil with Mediterranean He
– salt
Cooking method:
Wash vegetables thoroughly. Cut into chunks and place them into a large bowl.
Add the pork cubes into the bowl, season with salt and KORVEL Extra Virgin Olive oil with Mediterranean Herbs, then toss to combine.
Prepare the skewers by alternating pork and vegetables.
Preheat the outdoor grill for medium heat and place the skewers on a grate. Turn the skewers occasionally until cooked.
